Toronto (1/3/14) — Joseph A. LoCicero, President and CEO of The Segal Group, has announced the appointment of Cameron McNeill as Business Leader in Canada. Mr. McNeill joined as Senior Vice President and Retirement Practice Leader in March, 2013. His predecessor, Pui-Ying Chan, remains with the firm as Senior Vice President and Consultant.
Mr. LoCicero said, “Cameron has stepped into the role seamlessly and that has allowed Pui-Ying to continue to be available to consult with our clients, as she has for more than 30 years. Cameron is a key member of our client services team, and in his new role we are sure that our retirement, health and other businesses will continue to grow and thrive.”
Mr. McNeill has 30 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting business in Canada and the U.K. He joined Segal after a 20 plus-year career with Buck, where he was Retirement Leader for Global Consulting, and CEO for Buck in Canada. Mr. McNeill also served as a manager in Buck’s Manchester, England office. He is a graduate of Glasgow University from which he holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics. Mr. McNeill is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the U.K. and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
